Before the Holy Prophet Muhammad’s (SAW) migration to Madina, the city was a quarrelsome and trouble place. The present Muslim situation of disunity among themselves and the numerous sects that has characterized Islam is not different from what the people of Madina exhibited between themselves. The Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) immediately solved the problem of disunity among the Muslims and fostered the universal brotherhood/sisterhood as already seen in part one. After that, Madina became the City of an unmatched Brotherhood/Sisterhood in the world.

The ideal Muslim Brotherhood/sisterhood is conflict free and they are strongly united. The Brotherhood/sisterhood and unity in Islam assures the Muslim Community of happiness, freedom from doubts and very strong and prosperous community. This is because it invites all of humanity to that which is good. And insists that the right things are done whilst forbiding wrongdoing. This ideal situation guarantees a total attainment of happiness in this world and a successful return to the next. Failure, misery and anguish are completely absent where the Muslim Brotherhood/sisterhood exists.

Allah says in Quran; 3:103 And hold fast together the Rope of Allah (Islam), and do not disunite among yourselves; and remember with gratitude Allah’s favour on you; for you were enemies and He joined your hearts in love, so that by His Grace, you became brothers. And remember when you were at the brink of the Pit of Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make His Signs clear to you in order that you may be guided.

The Deen of Allah in essence was and still is the same throughout time. The same Deen was given to Nuh (Noah), Ibrahim (Abraham), Musah (Moses), Isah (Jesus), the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and all Prophets before the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW). The Deen was and still is the source of unity in revelation from Allah to Mankind. In Islam it is an institution established for the sole purpose of the general development of Mankind.

Allah says in Quran 42:13; The Deen chosen and established for you was the same chosen and established onto Nuh (Noah). It was the same Deen chosen established and sent as revelation to you Oh Prophet Muhammad; and that which We revealed onto Ibrahim (Abraham), Musa (Moses), and Isah (Jesus); containing therein that, establish and remain steadfast in the Deen and do not disunite among yourselves. Those who worship other things other than Allah, it is extremely difficult to call them to the Ideal True Way. Allah chooses whom He pleases, and guides those who turn to Him.

Faith and Duty towards the Creator as prescribed by the Deen is not disputable. The formation of sects is against the very principle of this Deen of Unity. Our prime objective as Muslims is to strive for steadfastness in duty and faith in the Creator and strongly foster the Muslim brotherhood/sisterhood and universally unite the Ummah.

The realization of the Muslim Brotherhood/sisterhood and the Universal Unity of the Ummah, coupled with the love and service to Allah and Humanity as He ascribes in the Holy Quran should be the absolute goal of all Muslims in the world. These virtues when implemented would give way to all forms of injustice, oppression, false worship and misconduct, which are inconsistent to Human development.

The mission of Islam is simple. It has laid down very solid foundation for the Muslim Brotherhood/sisterhood and the Universal Unity to be achieved without stress and strain.

A Deen that preaches this enormous degree of Universal Muslim Unity and Muslim Brotherhood/ Sisterhood as in the case of Islam, it is only reasonable and not out of place for any Muslim man or woman to work tirelessly towards the achievement of this noble goal. Any Muslim, man or woman in Islam who does otherwise as far as the Brotherhood/Sisterhood and the unification of Muslims are concern, is not even qualified to be a Muslim. His continuous stay in Islam is for malicious and mischievous purposes. It would be amply advisable for him to stay outside the peripheral of Islam for his punishment to be lighter.

Allah says in the Holy Quran 18:29 Say, “This Truth is from your Lord”: He who wills should believe and he who wills should disbelieve: for the wrong-doers We have prepared a Fire whose (smoke and flames), like the wall and roof of a tent, will hem them in: if they implore relief they will be granted water like melted brass, that will scald their faces: How dreadful the drink, how uncomfortable a couch to recline on!

He says again in Quran 6:159, As for those who divide their Deen and break up into sects, you are no part in them in the least. Their affair is with Allah. He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did.

With this above exposure, it is obligatory on every Muslim, man or woman to maintain the Muslim Brotherhood/Sisterhood and to work for the enhancement of the Universal Muslim Unity.  Every Muslim should compromise his/her entrenched position and views and work towards the achievement of this noble goal, thus the Muslim Brotherhood/Sisterhood and the Universal Muslim Unity

Peace be on to you dear reader.
